8U Mite Hockey
Recommended prerequisite: Skill Development or equivalent skill. 

Practices will consist of at least 6 skill zones per practice to work on a specific skills progression.  Skating, agility, puck handling, passing, shooting and small games will be the core skills covered.

Cross ice play is recommended by USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM).
