Section 2.        Voting right for the annual Election.  Each member, who is at least 18 years of age at the time of the annual election, and has attended, and has been present for a substantial portion of each of at least three (3) business meetings during the year preceding the election, one of which may be the business meeting held on the date of the election, shall be eligible to vote in the annual election.

 

 

Section 3.       B. To be eligible for nomination and election to the Elected Board of Directors a member must have attended, and been present for a substantial portion of each of at least four (4) business meetings during the year preceding the election, one of which may be the business meeting held on the date of the election, unless this results in too few persons eligible (or willing to serve if eligible) in which case any member(s) of the corporation is eligible.
