NEED EQUIPMENT?

Marquette Junior Hockey is participating in USA Hockey’s One Goal Program.  We’ve purchased 20 sets of equipment for our players to rent for a season.  Each set includes a bag, pants, helmet, gloves, knee, elbow and shoulder pads.  The rental fee is $50.  When you return the gear at the end of the year you will receive a $20 credit to your MJHC account.  The equipment is sized for initiation and mite aged players and available on a first come first served basis.  Please fill out the form below and contact David Wiegand II at 360-0433 to set up a time to get your gear.

By signing below you agree to return equipment in good condition to MJHC by 3/31/09 in order to receive your credit.  Equipment returned after 3/31/09 will not receive $20 credit.
