2. Motion to approve the minutes from the October meeting as amended by Wiegand. 2nd: Nordquist. Motion carries.

1. Craig Robbert asked about ice in Munising.
E. Division Director Reports
1. Midget division director Tony Rabitaille presented Curt Gustafson as the candidate for coach of Superiorland Kiwanis.

I. Facilities Committee
1. Work session will be scheduled to discuss ice time ‘turn back’ to the city.
J. Mingay Presentation
1. Dennis and Dave Mingay presented a fundraising opportunity for MJHC. ‘You Are the Star’ photos would net $7 for each photo sold. Ideas of how to market the product were discussed.
K. Sponsorship Committee
1. All team sponsors have been invoiced and banners have been delivered.
L. Fundraising Committee
1. Lykins has been talking to Todd Moore about selling pancake mix. The can costs $3.50 and we sell it for whatever we want.
2. Wiegand asked about selling MJHC shirts at Johnson’s.
3. Nordquist asked about Schwan’s as a fundraiser.
M. Electricians’ Committee
1. The Fall Classic tournament went well but paid gate receipts are down.
N. Coach’s Committee
1. Motion by Lykins to change the coach reimbursement policy date to 12/31 for level three and up coaches that are rostered on a team and actively coaching. 2nd: Wiegand. Motion carries.
2. Coach certification is a problem.
O. Equipment Committee
1. All teams have socks and jerseys.

3. Discussion was held regarding an extra set of jerseys for a 12U girls’ team.
P. Tournament Committee- no report

1. Website will be up and running by tomorrow night.
S. Golf Outing
1. Profit from the golf outing is about $4750.00. About $900 still owed.
T. Scheduling Committee
1. It appears that the scheduling issues have been resolved.
U. New Business
1. Mail slots of board members are private. If you need something from another person’s slot, McIntosh will get it.
2. Board members should refrain from negative comments regarding other hockey organizations.
