Registration forms were mailed to all 07-08
participants on July 31.
Deadline for return of mail-in registration forms is
September 1, 2008. Any returning player registering after September 1,
2008, will be assessed a late fee of $50.00.
If minimum payment, or a payment less than full is
made, remaining payments may be made in three equal installments. Those
payments will be due December 15, 2008, January 15, 2009 and February 15,
2009.
Registration for new players and coupon book pick-up
for returning players will be Monday, September 8, from 6-8:00 PM at
the Lakeview Arena.
